I ordered the wrong size and pressure of tap. The team at drench were very supportive, arranged for the delivery of the new tap for the next day in time for my plumber and the collection of the wrong one later because it was bank holiday. They also helped me find what I needed without any difficulty. Excellent service and a lovely range of products.

Ordering everything from Drench for a shower room was straight forward but unfortunately the courier they used to deliver ruined everything. For my part I had not realised my delivery was ‘palletised’ and kerbside only. I wrongly assumed there would be a two-man delivery team for a large order. The driver was really unhelpful and drove off leaving the pallet on the lane outside my house, saying he had already done more than he should (he moved the pallet on a trolley about 2 meters away from my house). His manager made him come back to remove it and offered to rearrange delivery for when the builders were in, but I decided to purchase everything again from a company with better delivery arrangements. It’s worth knowing in advance of ordering that you can’t phone Drench, you have to live chat with them and the wait time was around 40 minutes. So the whole experience wasn’t good. My builders have now moved onto their next job and my project delayed by 3 weeks. Unfortunately I am unable to review the products I ordered but in terms of delivery and customer service I wouldn’t recommend Drench.Further to the response from Drench I would add that the term “palletised” meant nothing to me nor to anyone I’ve spoken to. Perhaps change the jargon and make this clearer. It never occurred to me that that such a delivery would be dumped in a street and the driver would walk away saying “it’s not my problem, it’s your pallet”. Lesson learned!

After numerous issues trying to get delivery to a different address to the billing address and difficulties trying to pay...once this was actually resolved the service was good. There was stock missing and wrong items sent but this was resolved swiftly

I ordered a vanity unit in early November knowing it would not be dispatched until early December. In early December I was told it would be dispatched in early January, but it wasn’t dispatch until early February. There was no communication from early December until early February.

Had a bath panel from this company fast delivery but on opening the packaging the fixing kit was missing online chat was very good but the missing part took a week to arrive not good when the bathroom fitter has to come back to fit it....p
